About Me
I’ve learned that you can only go so far in life before the real you catches up. Why not turn & face her?
That’s what I did and I’ve never felt more strong, beautiful & ready to take on life. Lemons into lemon drop martinis, you know?
My experience is vast, with over a decade working in the corporate world, mentoring, supporting and coaching women just like you. Across my career, I’ve held 8 different positions, was promoted 6 times & made 3 continental moves, the last one bringing me to London from my hometown in San Francisco. I’ve coached leaders & peers throughout my communications days, formed business strategy as part of a commercial growth team and led the company’s efforts to support charities struggling to survive in a digital world.
But something never felt quite right about the corporate world to me. While I loved working with incredibly talented people, I always had an itch to do something more.
I became a career and workplace coach because I’ve seen too many women lose sight of who they are in a world packed-full of expectations & societal pressures. When I told my colleagues I was quitting my job, moving to the coast, adopting a puppy, and becoming a certified coach, I was met with the same response over and over: “I wish I could do that...maybe one day…maybe in a different life…” That’s the day I vowed to help women remove any doubt that they could achieve whatever it is in life they want. And to teach them how to be unapologetic when getting it.
Do you know the biggest regret of people on their death beds? They wished they they had cared less about what others thought and instead led the life they wanted.
That’s exactly what I want to help you do. But not just lead the life you want, but fall in love with it and more importantly, fall in love with yourself. The unapologetic you.

"Be the kind of
woman
that when your feet hit the floor each morning the devil says,
'Oh crap, she's up!'"
- Joanne Clancy

Why should I choose you as my career coach?
Finding the right coach is half the battle. I may or may not be a good fit for you depending on what you'd like to achieve and the type of coach you want to work with (this career coaching thing isn’t about me, after all). My style is relaxed but to the point with a lot of humour along the way (learning to laugh is a bonus skill you’ll get from your time with me).
On the experience side, here are a few areas I have dealt with personally and have already helped others excel at:
-
Discovering who you are & what makes you tick
-
Advancing your career or finding a new one
-
Leading with compassion & purpose
-
Running with your passions
-
Walking with confidence
-
Working through ambiguity or change (could be at work, at home, with relationships)
-
Negotiating and influencing
-
Navigating the corporate world
-
Being yourself at work
-
Taking risks (and reaping the rewards!)
